* Domains allowed for transfer must fulfill the following conditions:

- has already been registered and not expiring within 20 days.
- is either one of .com/.net/.org domains.
- does not belong to registrar 'ONLINENIC, INC'.

Cyberhost will not entertain any refund for any domain transfer against the above conditions and Domain Transfer Information.

Domain Transfer Information

Be sure that ...

- Only the Registrant/administrative person of domain is authorize to apply for domain transfer
- Domain has not expired and minimum 10 business days before the domain expiry date
- Domain must registered for more than 60 days
- Domain must renewed for more than 45 days
- Ensure the domain is not involve in legal or payment dispute
- The administrative email contact for the domain submitted must be valid in order for registrant to receive the approval e-mail. Registrant has to follow the instruction in the e-mail and approval from administrative contact is MUST to proceed with the transfer  request
- Include the domain extensions such as .com, .net or .org
- Each domain name should separate by comma(,) for more than 1 domain transfer
- Only the domain with same Registrant to be submitted in one batch
- Do not include 'http://' or 'www'
